The monoclonal antibody is directed against the Integrin alpha M (ITGAM)- antigen (MO-1) located on the alpha-M chain of LFA-1 complex (Lymphocyte Function-associated Antigen-1), which is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes and NK-cells

Expression is increased on activated granulocytes. |
