Purified human complement Factor P. Factor P is a tetrameric protein consisting of identical 56 kD subunits. Factor P functions to stabilize the alternative pathway convertase.

All Quidel complement components are tested for functional activity in standard functional ***** and for biochemical purity by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Please refer to the Certificate of Analysis for lot specific information on functional titer.
