| 特异性 |
This antibody recognises Chikungunya virus VLP and E2 protein. It also crossreacts with Mayaro virus VLPs and E2 proteins in ELISA. It shows no crossreactivity with O’nyong’nyong virus or Ross River virus VLPs. It recognises VLPS for CHIKV, MAYV, ONNV and RRV in non-reduced western blot. Antibody not suitable western blot in reducing conditions.
