emfret R300 小鼠血小板耗竭抗体

静脉给药后60分钟内，血小板减少95%以上。

该抗体制剂含有针对小鼠的纯化大鼠单克隆抗体的混合物GPIb（CD42b）。用二价 IgG 靶向该受体会导致深刻且不可逆的 Fc-小鼠独立血小板耗竭1,2.血小板耗竭常用于研究血小板耗竭的一般作用（病理）生理学中的血小板3.

通过抗GPIb处理消耗小鼠血小板 野生型小鼠接受2或4μg/ g血小板消耗静脉内注射200μl无菌PBS中的抗体，并在指定时间测定血小板计数点。结果是每组 6 只小鼠的平均标准差。
