This antibody recognises the NS1 protein of Dengue virus, detecting NS1 from Serotypes 1, 2, 3 and 4 by western blot and ELISA. It also demonstrates crossreactivity with NS1 proteins from other flaviviruses, including Zika virus (see data below). Cross-reactivity profiles may differ, depending on conditions are used. |

Store at +4°C for up to one week, or at -20°C for longer periods For long term storage at +4°C the addition of 0.09% w/v sodium azide is recommended. The antibody is shipped at ambient temperature. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. |
