特异性	This antibody recognises the NS1 protein of Dengue virus, detecting NS1 from Serotypes 1, 2, 3 and 4 in ELISA and western blot. It also demonstrates crossreactivity with NS1 proteins from other flaviviruses (see data below). Crossreactivity profiles may differ, depending on conditions are used.
应用	Capture antibody for serotype specific NS1 detection against MAB12132 for DENV1, MAB12133 for DENV2, MAB12149 for DENV3 and MAB12179 for DENV4. Does not self-pair. Direct ELISA (NS1 antigen bound to plate), Western blot.
贮存	Store at +4°C for up to one week, or at -20°C for longer periods For long term storage at +4°C the addition of 0.09% w/v sodium azide is recommended. The antibody is shipped at ambient temperature. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
