Purified preparations consist of >90% pure mouse monoclonal antibody which has been purified from ascites fluid or culture medium by protein A chromatography or sequential differential precipitations.

特异性

This antibody is reactive with Rhinoviruses, Coxsackie B viruses, ECHO viruses, Coxsackie A viruses, EV71 and Poliovirus (see Tables below). It is Negative for Influenza A, Influenza B, RSV, Adenovirus, Para 1, Para 2, Para 3, Chlamydia pneumoniae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Hepatitis A virus.

应用

ELISA, IFA. Working dilution must be determined by the user. Suggested starting ranges are 1:10-1:50 for IFA and 1:20-1:200 for ELISA. For research use only. 

贮存

This product contains no stabilizing proteins and should be stored at 2-8°C until ready for use. The antibody is shipped at ambient temperature.
